We are seeking a professional proactive and digitally savvy Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across the organization including supporting the radio stations social media activities.

Location: VI Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and manage front desk communications

  • Schedule meetings and maintain office calendars

  • Handle emails phone calls and office documentation

  • Support social media posting and engagement for the radio station

  • Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination



Requirements


  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in a related field

  • 35 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
