What You Will Do
Sales Management and Execution
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve both topline and margin goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies by analyzing market trends and monitoring competitor activities.
Set clear sales objectives KPIs and performance metrics for the team.
Streamline sales process to improve efficiency and scalability. Oversee sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
Deliver value to customers by providing differentiated solutions to solve customers technical and operational challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing R&D Technical Services Supply Chain etc.) to deliver the best solutions to customer challenges.
Review and refresh channel strategies to optimize route-to-market to best serve customers in different regions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in sales management within the ion exchange resin or related industry.
Familiarity with F&B Chemical Power or Wastewater sectors is preferred.
Strong leadership communication and result-oriented mindset.
