Job Summary
- Responsible for the design and optimization of motor control algorithms for PMSM and ASM in NEV.
- Responsible for software development related to motor control including implementation of control algorithms and fault diagnosis modules.
- Prepare technical documentation compliant with ASPICE requirements and conduct corresponding software testing.
- Support motor calibration and calibration data analysis & data processing.
- Refine algorithm structure and parameters through simulation and experimental testing continuously optimizing motor control algorithms to meet performance specifications and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with other competencies to complete software debugging and issue analysis related to motor control.
- Support analysis and resolution of other issues during product development to ensure project delivery quality and timelines.
