Job Summary
- Assist cook in the preparation of meals and general kitchen and dining area sanitation
- Inspect work areas daily to ensure they are kept well organized and clean including store room refrigerators freezers service areas and dining rooms
- Clean equipment refrigerators counter tops and other food preparation and storage areas
- Wash dishes sweep and mop floors remove trash clean and sanitize tables and service areas
- Set up dining room tables
- Keep service line supplied with dishes utensils and food during services times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED required
