Job Summary
- Performs work involving the skills of two or more maintenance occupations to keep equipment of an establishment in good repair
- Performs preventative routine and emergency maintenance on all homes/offices vehicles and related equipment to ensure safe and sanitary operations in compliance with safety codes and Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Minimum age 16
- Must have working knowledge of painting electrical plumbing air conditioning/heating refrigeration auto mechanics yard work techniques and related tools
- Working knowledge of repair procedures for walls flooring windows doors and other hardware
- Must be able to lift and/or support 50 pounds
- May need to drive within program sites and business office as well as to various community vendors
- Must be able to bend stoop and reach overhead for simple home and office repairs and maintenance
