Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated HR and Administration Specialist to join our team. The role involves responsibility for a wide range of HR administrative and operational tasks providing ongoing support for office activities and assisting in the efficient management of organizational operations.

Responsibilities:

HR Support:

        Maintain HRIS accuracy focusing on daily time and attendance management.

        Support end-to-end recruitment efforts for various organizational levels.

        Act as the lead point of contact for internal HR-related queries and support.

        Organize corporate events and employee engagement programs.

Office Operations:

        Ordering office supplies and refreshments.

        Coordinating maintenance and cleaning services.

        Managing vendor relationships.

Assistance to Various Departments:

      Responsibility over portals and associated tasks related to our fleet management. 

        Providing administrative support to various teams and departments within the organization.

        Collecting and consolidating data.

Ongoing Administrative Support:

        Managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

        Answering phone calls and handling correspondence.

        Preparing presentations and documents.

        Filing and organizing documents.

Additional Tasks:

        Handling incoming and outgoing mail.

        Additional tasks as required.


Qualifications :

Job Requirements

    Bachelor degree in a relevant field

    Previous experience in a similar role of 1-3 years.

        Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.

        High organizational and planning capabilities with strong attention to detail.

        Excellent interpersonal skills and a high service orientation.

        Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

        Responsibility initiative and motivation.


Additional Information :

  • Benefits and salary will be discussed in detail during the first interview stage.
     
  • This is a full-time position allowing 1 day a week working from home after the training period (company policy) and 4 workdays a week from our offices in Hevel Modiin Industrial Park (Shoham).
