About The Role
As a key member of our nursing team youll work alongside experienced vets and nurses in a supportive environment where your skills are valued. Your role will include:
- Permanent full-time hours
- Collaborating with the veterinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
- General nursing tasks: pre and post-op care pathology emergency and critical care
- Performing minor procedures when required
- Maintaining clinic hygiene including surgical areas and equipment
- Taking initiative to improve clinic operations and efficiency
- Handling client enquiries professionally in person by email and over the phone
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Veterinary Nurse with 2 years clinical experience
- Strong surgical experience and confident in monitoring anaesthetics
- Calm mature empathetic with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior nurses
- Knowledge of RX Works (ideal but not essential)
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Positive energy and a proactive approach
