Shift: Monday - Friday 5:30AM-1:30PM

About this Opportunity:
The Line Technician operates production line equipment performs corrective and preventative maintenance (including cleaning inspection and lubrication) and troubleshoots machine issues to meet daily production targets. This role also involves performing quality checks changeovers and sanitizing procedures. The technician collaborates with maintenance and shift management to diagnose issues and suggests improvements ensuring efficient and smooth production line operations.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Follow GMP ISO 22716 and all safety regulations while maintaining proper housekeeping and compliance standards.

• Operate production equipment to ensure safe efficient startups and first-pass quality; complete required documentation and perform line changeovers cleaning and sanitizing.

• Troubleshoot equipment perform corrective and preventive maintenance respond to downtime escalate issues as needed and support parameter updates and root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with maintenance and leadership teams train new operators and drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance line performance and meet production targets.

What makes you a great fit:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Basic troubleshooting and tool usage knowledge for adjustments changeovers and corrective maintenance

• Ability to Communicate effectively

• Experience with Pallet Jacks tape guns tape machines.

• Previous experience with Liquid filling Machines cappers conveyors &lot coders preferred.
