Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Senior Consultant to support the design implementation and optimization of HR leave and absence management solutions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering functional expertise in the Employee Central Time Off module while supporting HR transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational HR processes. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to identify HR challenges analyze business requirements and propose effective solutions while guiding other SuccessFactors team members and delivering value through enterprise HR technology solutions.
What you will do:
- Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off to support HR transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to identify HR business challenges and analyze complex HR requirements.
- Design and propose solutions that address leave management and absence related business needs.
- Configure and support Employee Central Time Off functionality aligned with HR policies and business processes.
- Guide and support other SuccessFactors team members to ensure consistent project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate HR solutions.
- Support integration and replication processes between SuccessFactors and enterprise systems including S4 environments.
- Contribute to project documentation knowledge sharing and solution design activities.
Qualifications :
- Ten to fifteen years of hands on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off module.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes related to leave and absence management.
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and client management skills.
- Ability to identify HR challenges analyze requirements and propose solutions for complex issues.
- Experience guiding or mentoring other SuccessFactors team members.
- Knowledge of additional SuccessFactors modules including RCM or ONB Employee Central Payroll and Compensation is advantageous.
- Experience with replication to S4 and SuccessFactors integrations is beneficial.
- Experience with ADM delivery and strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
