- Greet all guests and visitors with a warm professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel

- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests providing personalized solutions and promoting hotel facilities to enhance their experience
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and organization during peak hours with flexibility to support other departments as needed
- Handle account settlements and process payments with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a receptionist front desk or customer-facing hospitality role
- Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities (Turkish and English preferred)
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and office software; ability to quickly learn new programs
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and composure under pressure
