Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in beautiful Bodrum Türkiye. As a Receptionist you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. This position requires a passionate leader who can effectively manage and motivate a team while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of guest services including check-in/check-out processes concierge services and guest inquiries
  • Lead train and mentor a team of guest experience staff to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Resolve complex guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the property
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
  • Assist in developing and managing departmental budgets and resources
  • Stay updated on local attractions and events to provide informed recommendations to guests

 


    Qualifications :

    • Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in hospitality or customer service roles with previous supervisory experience preferred
    • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Tourism or related field preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
    • Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management
    • Proficiency in hospitality management software and systems
    • Fluency in English and Turkish; additional language skills are a plus
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
    • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
    • Understanding of Turkish culture and customs with the ability to provide local insights to guests
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
    • Relevant hospitality certifications are a plus
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
