Warehouse Assitant

SPECIFIC DUTIES ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Enter inventory data in computer system using SAP when receiving items or preparing for deliveries.
• maintain an accurate inventory of both stock items and transactions noting down dates of purchase and receipt item count and details issues encountered and more
• Prepare inventory for deliveries both of domestics and intercompany orders
• Ensure correct inventory is loaded into correct delivery trucks
• Perform routine maintenance checks of the warehouse area and perform cleanup or simple repair duties when needed
• Manage a product delivery plan for driver and export shipment for intercompany orders.
• Follow up on documents to support invoicing for Finance
• Quality Inspection of incoming goods from suppliers
• Maintain and monitor monthly delivery invoice to customers.
• Support the inventory controller to minimize discrepancy stock or process. Maintaining consistency of stock accuracy by physical counting.
• Any other duties assigned by the company

OCCUPATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY DUTIES:

• Cares for the environmental health and safety of self and others.
• Follows workplace procedures and instructions at all times.
• Maintains tools equipment and facilities to make sure of safe performance and good OHS practice.
• Identifies and reports unsafe unhealthy or hazardous working conditions.
• Use personal protective equipment as required.
• Does not engage in practical jokes that could harm the health or safety of another person.

Qualifications :

Education

• Diploma in any related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as an Inventory Clerk or Stock Controller.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in basic computer software including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
• English communication skills at a basic to intermediate level (reading writing listening and speaking).
• Strong Thai communication skills (reading writing listening and speaking).
