Working for our team you can truly make a Material Handler is responsible for safely and efficiently moving raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods throughout the facility to support production and shipping operations. This role ensures accuracy in documentation compliance with safety standards and collaboration across departments to maintain smooth workflow and high-quality work at MCC:1st Shift Hours: 5:55AM-2:05PMGenerous benefits package including medical dental vision disability life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day plus two floating holidaysResponsibilities:Material Handling & WorkflowSafely operate forklifts and other material-moving equipment to transport products and and interpret job tickets and layouts to ensure correct materials are delivered to production schedules accurately and promptly to maximize workflow with associates across departments to maintain & SystemsAccurately complete required documentation for job tracking payroll and inventory data into systems to support production and shipping and identify waste containers properly and maintain compliance with disposal & ComplianceAdhere to facility safety policies and procedures including GMP HACCP and BRC in safety observations and maintain a clean organized work daily housekeeping efforts to sustain a safe and efficient :High school diploma or equivalent certification and material handling experience math reading and computer interpersonal and communication to stand walk lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly; occasional climbing stooping kneeling or crouching requirements include close distance color peripheral depth perception and focus of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes preferred.
