What you will be doing:
- Performand 90 minute massages while accommodating guests needs and creating individualized experiences
- Drive and dedication towards the common goal of Forbes 5 star rating
- Conduct guest consultations to assess needs medical history and treatment goals
- Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each guest
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation as required by regulatory standards
- Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared sanitized and stocked before and after each service
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene safety and guest confidentiality
- Provide a welcoming and professional environment that promotes relaxation and wellbeing
- Recommend spa services and retail products that support guest wellness goals
- Collaborate with spa colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient daily operations
- Maintain professional licensing and continuing education requirements
- Follow all spa policies procedures and brand standards
- Work collaboratively with spa colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- All professional licenses including CMTBC and first aid must be current
- Previous experience as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and in a spa are assets
- Valid liability insurance as required for practice
- Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment is an asset
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage techniques and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Professional compassionate and wellness-focused approach to guest care
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
