Dear SCRUM Masters

We are currently looking for several SCRUM Masters for one of the leading tech companies in Germany. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working as a Scrum Master facilitating agile processes and supporting development teams.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects ensuring effective sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Ability to support teams in agile delivery collaboration and continuous improvement.
