About the team
The Services Segment has the capabilities to deliver customized Logistic and In-Service-Support solutions to its customers. Within the Services segment around 120 employees work day and night to continuously optimize the operational availability of our customers systems. Within the Service segment we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager for all our on-demand spares and repairs deliveries.

About your future job
As Service Delivery Manager On-Demand you are the central point of contact for our on-demand projects: you are in daily contact with your internal and external stakeholders and coordinate our on-demand deliveries according to contracts and needs. You play a crucial role in the execution and timely delivery of our spares and repairs projects ensuring that everything is properly arranged to from start to finish. As we have many spares and repairs projects every week brings new challenges; no week will be the same!
You are involved in the deliveries whenever the situation demands special attentionwhen it gets critical you step in! You take the lead in solving problems and ensure the right actions are taken quickly and efficiently so we deliver when promised as promised. This includes managing internal stakeholders as well as external parties such as subcontractors.
You monitor the interface and relationship with the customer on these topics and performance belonging to the related services and/or deliverables including corrective actions in case of deviations.
You work together with the Customer Service Center and Service Sales for optimal account management and recognizing and proposing new business opportunities.
