You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Job Description & Summary

Managing business performance in todays complex and rapidly changing business environment is crucial for any organizations short-term and long-term success.Howeverensuring streamlined E2E Oracle fusionHCMto seamlessly adapt to the changing business environment is crucial from a process and compliance perspective. As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications - Oracle Practice team weleverageopportunities around digital disruption new age operating model and best in class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients

*Responsibilities:

Minimum10years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional advisory or consulting role.

S/he must have been a part of at least 2-3 end-to-end HCM implementations ofHCMCloud Core HR module.

In-depth understanding of core HR businessprocessand their data flow.

Must have a strongtrack recordof delivering Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR solutions including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis requirementdefinitionand solution design.

The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops design configuration testing and go-live.

Shouldhave strong written and verbal communication skills.
