What Youll Do

The SFE Manager is responsible for leading the strategy governance and operational execution of Sales Force Effectiveness for Brazil Argentina and Chile. This role ensures that the commercial structure processes incentives analytics KPIs and execution frameworks are aligned with business goals and regional CoE standards. The position acts as a connector between Commercial Marketing Finance HR and Regional teams to ensure effective governance and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
Lead SFE strategy and execution across Brazil Argentina and Chile.
Develop automated performance reports and dashboards using Salesforce IQVIA/Close-Up and additional data sources.
Own end-to-end Sales Incentive processes: quotas eligibility rules governance and monthly/quarterly calculations.
Lead territory design dimensioning routing and geographic allocation.
Implement segmentation and targeting aligned with Marketing and regional SFE.
Ensure adoption of regional KPIs methodologies and quality standards.
Manage SFE budget and ensure efficient resource use.
Support multi-country governance and ensure alignment with regional CoE operating model.
Collaborate with Commercial Finance HR and Marketing to enable execution excellence.

Required Qualifications

Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness Commercial Excellence or similar roles in Pharma Nutrition or Consumer Health.
Mandatory experience managing incentive compensation sales analytics and territory management.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce DDD audits Excel; Power BI / SQL is a strong plus.
Portuguese: Fluent; Spanish: Advanced (mandatory for supporting Argentina & Chile); English: Advanced.
Experience working in regional or multi-country environments is desirable.
Experience managing contractors vendors or offshore analytics teams is desirable.
Strong analytical communication and leadership skills

Occasional regional travel required
