Property Manager

Location
Alton based with 1 day per week in the local office.

Salary
Experienced level around 27000 plus bonus
Bonus included on supplier commission with realistic additional earnings of 2000 to 3000
150 per month car allowance
Salary open to negotiation for more senior candidates

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday ONLY (No Weekends)
after the 6 month probation period 1 day per week working from home
1 day per week focused on carrying out instructions

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a busy and growing property team in Alton. This role would suit either an experienced Property Manager or a trainee looking to build a long term career within residential property.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties while also supporting with lettings related duties as part of the wider role.

Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords tenants and contractors
Handling maintenance issues and arranging repairs
Liaising with contractors and monitoring works through to completion
Carrying out property related administration and ensuring records are kept up to date
Supporting with inspections and property instructions
Assisting with lettings duties where required
Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times

Requirements
Previous property management experience required or very transferable skills
Strong organisation and communication skills
Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
Professional and proactive approach
Full UK driving licence required
Own car required
