Job Summary

ABOUT US:

We are looking for a Accounts Receivable to join our Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the entire invoicing process.
Manage the collection process.
Handle and respond to emails received in the Receivables (Accounts Receivable) mailboxes.
Create and maintain customer records in SAP.
Ensure the issuance of monthly invoicing in SAP SD/FI.
Issue manual invoices in SAP SD/FI when necessary and send them accordingly.
Upload issued invoices to the appropriate platforms.
Process received payments and reconcile them in the ERP system.
Send account statements and collection letters (dunning letters) according to the defined schedule.
Ensure regular communication with the various business and support units.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or a similar field (preferred).
3-4 years of professional experience as Accounts Receivable.
Knowledge of SAP (preferred) with SAP COPA module considered a plus.
Previous knowledge of accounting.
Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
English proficiency at an independent user level.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
