We are looking for a Accounts Receivable to join our Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the entire invoicing process.
- Manage the collection process.
- Handle and respond to emails received in the Receivables (Accounts Receivable) mailboxes.
- Create and maintain customer records in SAP.
- Ensure the issuance of monthly invoicing in SAP SD/FI.
- Issue manual invoices in SAP SD/FI when necessary and send them accordingly.
- Upload issued invoices to the appropriate platforms.
- Process received payments and reconcile them in the ERP system.
- Send account statements and collection letters (dunning letters) according to the defined schedule.
- Ensure regular communication with the various business and support units.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a similar field (preferred).
- 3-4 years of professional experience as Accounts Receivable.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred) with SAP COPA module considered a plus.
- Previous knowledge of accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
- English proficiency at an independent user level.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
