Key Responsibilities
- Training & Education: Organizing safety training sessions emergency drills and induction programs for employees.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of inspections incidents and training.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitoring compliance with company and legal safety guidelines (e.g. OSHA) ensuring all certifications are current.
- Risk Mitigation: Conducting regular site inspections and auditing procedures to identify hazards and implement preventative measures.
- Incident Investigation: Investigating accidents near-misses and occupational illnesses to determine root causes and prepare reports for management.
