Job Summary

Greetings

Position: Technical Product Owner - Ship from Store

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote (Must reside in MI OH IN IL WI or KY)

Key Requirements:

5 years as a Product Owner Technical Product Manager or Solutions Lead in retail supply chain or fulfillment technology.

Specific experience in the retail industry with ship-from-store or pack-and-ship processes.

Experience with vendor-implemented solutions (OMS WMS or similar platform implementations).

Ability to write functional specifications user stories and integration requirements.

Working knowledge of carrier shipping integrations (FedEx UPS etc.).

Experience coordinating across multiple workstreams (Store Ops OMS Web/App).

Comfort operating in an Agile environment with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with grocery or mass-merchandise retail.

- Understanding of cartonization and volumetric packing logic.

- Experience with multi-store rollouts and change management.
