Position: CAE NVH Engineer Acoustic Simulation (Automotive Horns & Warning Devices)

Location: Raymond OH

Duration: Full Time/Direct Hire

Job Description

Tools: Ansa Nastran Hyper mesh MATLAB PYTHON.

Bachelors/masters degree in mechanical engineering Acoustics Automotive Engineering.

3 7 years of experience in NVH/acoustic simulation within the automotive industry.

Hands-on experience with vehicle-level NVH testing and correlation

Key Responsibilities

Acoustic Simulation & Modeling

Perform full-vehicle acoustic simulations for horns buzzers and other audible warning devices.

Develop and validate CAE models (FEM/BEM) to predict sound propagation directivity and SPL distribution inside and outside the vehicle.

Simulate horn placement and integration to optimize acoustic performance while meeting regulatory standards
