ARC Inspector- HOAMCO (Prescott AZ)
HOAMCO is seeking a Full-Time Compliance Inspector for our Prescott AZ offices. This position has a role of driving our community ensuring residents are compliant with our community regulations. We are looking for a dependable and professional candidate.
A company vehicle is provided.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Exceptional customer service
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Conflict resolution experience able to cope with homeowner concerns
- Familiarity with Homeowners Associations preferred
Position Responsibilities:
- Send homeowners violation notices
- Communicate with Homeowners as needed
- Coordinate and conduct drive by and walking inspections noting property violations
- Computer savvy specific program training provided
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service is a key component of this position
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of community CC&Rs and policies
- Follow Board and/or Manager requests to enforcement with homeowners
