Supply Chain & Operations
7–10 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/procurement roles
Strong knowledge of: logistics (transportation warehousing distribution) strategic sourcing & procurement SRM and vendor management (contracts SLAs performance tracking)
ERP / Supply Chain Systems
Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP or supply chain platform (e.g. SAP Oracle Blue Yonder Coupa Ariba or similar)
Clear understanding of how these systems support logistics procurement and vendor processes
Use Case & Solution Definition
Ability to identify and define supply chain use cases and improvement opportunities
Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and working with technology/analytics teams on solutions
Analytics & KPIs
Experience defining and using supply chain KPIs and dashboards
Comfortable using data and analytics to drive decisions and continuous improvement
Stakeholder Management
Proven experience engaging business and technology stakeholders
Strong communication presentation and collaboration skills to drive alignment and change across cross-functional teams |
Secondary Skill(s) | Experience within FMCG / CPG or other large global industries.
Background in GCC / Global Capability Centers shared services or consulting environments.
Exposure to advanced analytics AI/ML or optimization use cases in supply chain.
Familiarity with project and program management methodologies (Agile Waterfall hybrid).
Professional certifications such as APICS CSCP/CLTD CIPS Lean Six Sigma PMP or equivalent.
Experience in defining governance frameworks operating models and best practices for supply chain and operations.
Experience leading global or multi-region supply chain programs and stakeholder groups. |
