Job Summary
HVAC Quality Engineer in Jamnagar
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Quality Engineer to join our innovative team in Jamnagar. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our heating ventilation and air conditioning systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As an HVAC Quality Engineer you will play a critical part in enhancing our product offerings ensuring compliance with industry regulations and driving continuous improvements within our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for HVAC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze product specifications and customer requirements to ensure quality targets are met.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation including reports and certificates.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality criteria.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality-related matters.
- Utilize statistical methods to analyze quality data and monitor trends.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within quality processes.
- Assist in the development of training programs for quality assurance personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Quality Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance within the HVAC industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and quality management software.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
