Job Summary
As Store Manager youll drive the success of our Merivale store focusing on sales customer experience and brand growth. Your role will include:
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding service and personalised styling
- Achieve store and individual sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships and grow the database
Brand & Community
- Host in-store events to boost brand awareness
- Represent the brand with passion
Store Operations
- Manage stock merchandising and store presentation
- Oversee budgets rosters and KPIs
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Team Support
- Develop team styling skills and product knowledge
- Foster a positive customer-focused store environment
Qualifications :
Youre a natural leader with a passion for fashion and customer experience. You will bring:
- Proven retail leadership experience
- You have a track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
- Strong styling ability and product knowledge
- The ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive energetic and customer-focused attitude
