MEP Project Engineer Data Center Mission Critical

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support endtoend engineering activities for data center construction from design through commissioning.
• Coordinate with M&E consultants and contractors to ensure all engineering deliverables meet project requirements and design intent.
• Review technical drawings specifications method statements and material submissions for mechanical or electrical systems.
• Monitor site progress conduct inspections and ensure adherence to safety quality and compliance standards.

Technical Expertise

• Provide subject matter expertise in mechanical systems (HVAC chilled water CRAC/CRAH fire suppression) or electrical systems (MV/LV distribution UPS generators grounding lighting BMS/EPMS).
• Evaluate and troubleshoot engineering issues proposing corrective solutions when needed.
• Support testing & commissioning (T&C) activities and verify system performance against design criteria.

Project Management Support

• Assist the Project Manager in tracking schedules milestones risks and work progress.
• Verify contractor claims variation orders and support cost control activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation site reports and change records.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure all mechanical/electrical works comply with local Thai codes environmental regulations safety requirements and global data center standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure high workmanship quality across all trades.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 37 years of engineering experience in data centers missioncritical facilities industrial plants or large commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems integration and construction sequencing.
• Experience with contract management design reviews and consultant/contractor coordination.
• Familiarity with international codes (ASHRAE NFPA IEC etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
• Ability to work on-site at the Thailand project location.
