What Youll Be Doing

During a Typical Day Youll

• Answer incoming communications from customers

• Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues

• Be the first point of contact for world-class accommodation partners resolving basic questions such as modifications to rooms rates availability extranet tools etc.

• Provide accurate valid and complete information using the right tools methods and processes

• Ensure a high level of partner service and a positive partner experience

What You Bring to the Role

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months or more experience in customer service hospitality retail or F&B service

• Ability to recognize apply and explain product or service knowledge

• Computer savvy

• High-speed internet in a quiet home-working environment

• Greece resident or ability to relocate and obtain work authorization in Greece quickly
