SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting providers in the Rehabilitation Department with patient care tasks. Maintains the environment of care and assists in management of Rehab Department paperwork as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Successful completion of upper level diet and nutrition course and/or completion of Dietetic Tech Registration program if supporting Registered Dietitians
Bachelors Degree in Speech Language Pathology Audiology or related field preferred if supporting Speech/Audiology team
Experience:
At least one year in related field and/ or experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Bilingual a plus
Licenses and Certificates:
BLS certification required
FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE
Employees are required to maintain a current Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Evidence of a current and valid fingerprint clearance card must be received to begin and maintain employment.
