Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lube Technician to join our service team. This position is responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance including oil changes tire rotations multi-point inspections and other light maintenance services. This role is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in the automotive service industry within a professional dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles

  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors

  • Rotate inspect and inflate tires as required

  • Check and top off vehicle fluids including coolant brake fluid and washer fluid

  • Replace engine and cabin air filters when needed

  • Inspect belts hoses batteries and other basic vehicle components

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Follow all dealership manufacturer and safety procedures

  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle conditions

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive or mechanical experience preferred

  • Basic understanding of automotive maintenance

  • Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
