At Atlas were providing services that enable communities to flourish and thrive and if youre an IH Program Manager ready to lead commercial and industrial business development while supporting St. Louis Industrial Hygiene operations with safety project and resource oversight then this is your moment. Core Responsibilities

• 50% of time will be spent on business development focus on commercial and industrial markets.

• Assist in the day-to-day operations in St Louis in the Industrial Hygiene group.

• Coordinate internal resources staffing needs and workload balancing.

• Ensure adherence to internal and external health and safety procedures and industry standards on all projects.

• Monitor project performance and assist with budgeting invoicing and collections.

• Participate in strategic planning efforts to align with overall regional and business unit goals.

• Promote a safety-first culture that values proactive measures and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with other team members toward a common goal of providing client-centric services with high quality interactions and deliverables.

• Embrace and model the Atlas core values including trust mastery heart and life.

Youll thrive here if you have

• 15-20 year experience in planning designing and overseeing environmental commercial and industrial markets.

• Management of clients and projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Outlook Teams Excel and PowerPoint).

• Experience in business development and contract negotiations.

• Experience with environmental consulting and regulatory requirements.

• 40-hr HAZWOPER training and 8-hour annual refresher.

• Excellent problem solving and general scientific evaluation skills; Excellent time management skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities on an ongoing basis.

• Out of region travel typically less than 20%.
