WHO YOULL WORK WITH

TheGlobalSalesPrincipalofPartner RetailElevationwillplayan essential role in elevating and setting the new standard for Nike Inc. across Partner digital & physical retail. This role will help define and drive the Global strategy for delivering premium data-informed consumer experiences across multi-brand retailer. They will work closely with Global & Geos Sales teams Global & Geography Sales & Marketing Consumer Insights Merchandising and external agencies todifferentiateNikes presence and performance across the consumer journey.

We areseekinga strategic consumer-obsessed leader with deepexpertisein multi-brandretail. This individual excels in global matrixed environments and uses data to influence strategy and empower geography teams.

  • Bachelors degree in BusinessRetailMarketing Strategy or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of educationexperienceand training.

  • 8 years of experience inretail experience designdigital commerce or omnichannel strategy

  • Proven experience leading global strategy withmulti-brandedretailers and enabling geographyexecution.

  • Deep knowledge of digital& physicalconsumer journeysretailKPIs and omnichannel ecosystems

  • Experienceoptimizingbrand presence across multi-brand partnerplatforms.

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment across time zone

  • Strong in verbal written and strategic communications with an ability tofacilitateand drive alignment withteams.

  • Strong presentation and leadership influence skills

  • Experience working with multi-brand retail partners andoptimizingbrand presence across partnerplatforms.

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

YouwillsupporttheGlobalexperience strategyand drive the omnichannel experience byenabling geography teams to deliver seamless data-driven consumer journeys across digital channels. Your work will enhance brand distinction drive conversion and unlock growth across multi-brand partner platforms.

  • Providestrategic guidance tools and frameworks to accelerate execution across multi-brandpartners.

  • Define and evolve the global omnichannel experience strategy aligned with brand and commercial goals. Ensure experience framework provides direction for physical & digital retail.

  • Partner with geography teams to scale digital capabilities and localize consumerexperiences.

  • Collaborate with NDDC and cross-functional teams to adapt Nike standards& content creationfor partnerplatforms.

  • Use data toidentifyfriction pointsoptimizeperformance and inform strategicpriorities.

  • Champion a test-and-learn culture to accelerate innovation and continuous improvementand advocate for multi-brand partnerneeds.

  • Maintain a pulse on digital trends tools and technologies to future-proof multi-brandcommerce.
