Job Summary

Parts Department Associate / Parts Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Parts Department Associate to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of our automotive parts department including receiving inventory organizing parts assisting customers and technicians and delivering parts to wholesale customers.

Schedule

  • Monday Friday

  • 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

  • Full-time position

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming freight and verify shipments each morning

  • Process and organize parts inventory

  • Ensure parts are properly stocked and stored in designated locations

  • Prepare and process paperwork related to inventory and orders

  • Deliver parts to wholesale customers using a company vehicle

  • Assist service technicians in obtaining correct parts for repairs

  • Answer phones and assist customers with parts inquiries

  • Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Automotive parts knowledge is a plus but not required
