Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the Collision Center providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for vehicle repairs and estimates.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status timelines and any concerns.
- Collaborate with the collision repair team to ensure efficient workflow and accurate information sharing.
- Handle insurance documentation and assist customers with claims processes as needed.
- Maintain organized records and manage follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Previous customer service experience preferably in an automotive or collision repair environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling software.
