Join the team at Peter Boulware Toyota as a Collision Center CSR in Tallahassee this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring collision repair services ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. You will coordinate repairs communicate with customers and insurance companies and support the efficient operation of the Collision Center.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between customers insurance companies and the repair shop.
- Schedule and coordinate repair appointments and estimates.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of repair orders customer interactions and insurance information.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and parts department to facilitate smooth repair processes.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in automotive service or customer service roles preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance claims and collision repair processes is a plus.
- Proficient with computers and common business software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
