Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential clients. Your main responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls providing information and assistance to our clients and prospects. You will also be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints maintaining accurate records and promoting our services to potential clients. This is a full-time permanent position with the potential for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and making calls to clients and prospects in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing information and assistance to clients regarding our services pricing and availability
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions with clients
- Promoting our services to potential clients and generating leads for the sales team
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with company products services and promotions
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts if needed
