What Youll Be Doing
The incumbent will support the distribution of products within the Corporate Solutions team within Global role operates in a fast-paced trading floor environment as part of a dynamic hardworking production-focused sales team. The incumbents mandate is to provide exceptional service and support to clients with a focus on activities that will increase the distribution of products within the network.

Keep up with market trends
Initiate and build client relationships including value-add idea generation client meetings/presentations and customized solutions providing trusted advice
Effectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the trading floor
Lead an individual client sector for coverage of Interest Rate Derivatives collaborating with Corporate and Investment banking as well as risk and credit
Who You Are
A minimum of 8 years related experience
Strong knowledge of products and relevant sales experience with a proven track record of results
Strong overall knowledge of Capital Markets and the financial services industry/regulatory environment
Superior business planning and management skills.
Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction
Proven ability to develop viable product ideas and to lead product development process from idea generation through to closing.
Excellent analytical and intellectual capabilities.
Strategic thinking capability with ability to identify and exploit trends and opportunities
Commodity and interest rate experience a plus

At CIBC we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary of $250000 for the New York NY market based on experience qualifications and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
