The Sr. Administrative Coordinator provides high-level executive administrative and operational leadership support to the Department of Medicine. This role serves as a trusted partner to departmental leadership ensuring the efficient coordination of executive functions office operations faculty affairs processes and special projects as assigned. The Sr. Admin Coordinator acts as the Office Manager for the Chairs suite and reports directly to the Associate Administrative Director. The position supports strategic priorities manages complex workflows across clinical academic and administrative domains and ensures the department operates in a professional responsive and well-coordinated manner. The position requires on-site presence for meeting and event support. The Sr. Admin Coordinator provides administrative support and scheduling for Department of Medicine Vice Chairs including the Vice Chair of Clinical Operations the Vice Chair of Research (Basic) the Vice Chair of Research (Clinical and Implementation Sciences) and the Vice Chair of Quality and Patient Safety.
Associates degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
