Job Description

Seeking Co-Ops/Interns:

Looking for students enrolled in the following 4-year program (or similar):
Finance

This is a part-time position or could be a 6-month rotation to enrich classroom learning into -ops/Interns will:
Work in an industrial manufacturing environment alongside supervisors and plant managers
Report the status of projects to higher management
Perform relevant duties in finance

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Accomplishes all tasks as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Full-time student pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Information Technology Computer Science or Accounting.
Must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher.

SPECIAL SKILLS
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access
Good writing skills and interpersonal skills
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical
Must pass a pre-employment background check.

• Help prepare monthly journal entries
  Analyze incoming documentation for proper handling
• Assist with AR and AP activities
  Interact with other departments in order to resolve any AP issues
• Assist with doing supply store inventory reconciliation
  Assist in providing internal audit support to SOX testers
• Assist with doing supply store inventory reconciliation
  Assist with doing supply store inventory reconciliation
• Assist with doing supply store inventory reconciliation
• Perform additional support as assigned to help the team meet overall goals and requirements
