Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format) SAP Functional Consultant for Finance
- Serve as subject matter expert for SAP S/4 Finance aligning system capabilities with FCS strategic and operational goals.
- Analyze document and gather detailed business requirements for financial processes conducting fit-gap analysis.
- Configure SAP FI-CO modules (General Ledger Product Costing CO-PA/Margin Analysis) to meet business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FI-CO with other SAP modules (SD MM IM) and external financial applications (e.g. AR Settlements Banking ADP).
- Collaborate with Finance Business IT teams and solution integrators to design and implement best-in-class SAP Finance solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans and scenarios validating results and supporting deployment of SAP S/4 HANA Finance solutions.
- Provide post-launch support for SAP FI-CO including issue troubleshooting incident resolution and root cause analysis.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams influence stakeholders and train end-users.
- Demonstrate expertise in SAP S/4 standard product areas such as Credit Checks Pricing and Month End Close.
- No direct supervisory responsibilities; may require leadership skills for specific projects.
