Job Summary
1st Lake Properties is a locally owned and operated company managing more than 75 market-rate apartment communities across the Greater New Orleans area. With over 50 years in business we pride ourselves on being resident-focused and committed to the success of our team members through hands-on training in-house education and opportunities for career growth.
We are currently seeking motivated Pool Technicians to join our maintenance this role you will manage a small service route and help maintain the pools at several of our apartment communities.
No prior pool experience No problem. We provide training for individuals who are eager to learn work well with a team and manage their time independently.
Qualifications
What Youll Learn and Do
As a Pool Technician with 1st Lake Properties you will be trained to:
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Measure add and adjust pool chemicals safely
- Clean and maintain swimming pools and community waterways
- Operate pool equipment such as sand filters pumps and valves
- Maintain safe clean and enjoyable pool environments for residents
