The Role...
The Product Delivery area consists on a team of Product Owners that are charged with leading the delivery of all products across the business. We are looking for an exceptional product person to deliver game-changing improvements for our customers and business.
Working closelywithProductManagementTechnologyand wider businessstakeholderstheProductDeliveryManager will beresponsiblefor thedeliveryof one of ours brands products and services. Which enable the offering ofindustryleadingcustomerpropositionsfor ourbusiness.You will line manage ateamof high performingProductOwnersensuring they cansuccessfullydischarge their duties and perform at the highestlevel.
What Youll be Doing...
Work closelywiththeproductmanagementteamto gatherrequirementsand the vision for the area.
Manage ateamof seniorproductownersproductownersandassociateproductownersfocused on delivering products.
Ensure the company values areexhibitedbyallproductownersand be anevangelistof any company wideinitiativesthatrequire full employeeengagement.
Ensure the correctlevelofstakeholderengagementacrosstheorganizationforallprojects. This includes ensuring thebusinessis fully aware of the latestproductreleases and hasappropriatetime to prepare in advance of these releases.
Communicateprogress and updatesregularlyto the Director ofProductDelivery Directors ofTechnologyand Directors ofProductManagement.
Kick off major projects within thebusinessensuring the correctlevelofengagementacrossallbusinessfunctions and locations.
Work closelywiththeproductmanagementfunction ensuring thenecessarylevelof detail is provided to them in a timely manner to allow them to build a cohesive and structured roadmap forproductdelivery.
Identify and implementproductimprovementinitiatives
Through a deepunderstandingof ourproductset be able to advise commercial andtechnologystakeholderson the best course of action to help deliver the best possible customer experience.
Influence the roadmapsacrossareas to drive forward theproductset.
Is expected to have detailed commercial and company performanceunderstandingacrossmultiplebusinessdomains and to have a solidunderstandingof thecompetitivelandscape.
Ensuresthatallsolutions meetcompany-wide hygienerequirementsin terms ofnon-functionalperformancesecurity compliance socialresponsibility.
Whereappropriate co-ordinatewith3rd party content andtechnologyproviders to ensure timely and quality delivery/integration of externalproductfeatures as specified.
