Our opportunity

Position: Aliança Head of CX
Location: São Paulo/SP
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 at home).

In this role the person will be responsible for leading the customer experience strategy contributing to the companys strategic planning and to the definition of policies that ensure consistent and highquality service. This includes designing and executing the CX plan continuously monitoring and elevating satisfaction and quality levels making critical business decisions with a customercentric mindset and communicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment transparency and the dissemination of relevant information.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the companys Customer Experience vision and strategy;

  • Ensure the customers voice is represented across the organization;

  • Monitor performance metrics to identify and propose improvements. Integrate and enhance systems and tools;

  • Ensure excellence in service delivery aiming for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers;

  • Understand the customers business and act on complex or highimpact cases. Monitor market trends to modernize the customer experience;

  • Collaborate closely with customer service and sales teams;

  • Participate in and lead customerfocused meetings manage crises and prevent recurrence. Make datadriven decisions to improve service efficiency.

What we are looking for:

  • Completed postgraduate degree in Administration Economics Logistics International Relations Foreign Trade or related fields;

  • Solid experience leading customer service areas and teams;

  • Strong leadership profile including leading leaders;

  • Experience in maritime and land transportation;

  • Experience with processes and the Office package;

  • Advanced English required.
