Job Description:
This is an opportunity to join the M&A team in the Frankfurt office of a leading international mid-market investment bank playing a key role in the execution and origination of transactions across the sector.
The position involves significant client and investor exposure taking responsibility for the preparation and delivery of high-quality marketing materials including business plans information memoranda and advanced financial analyses. The role requires end-to-end transaction ownership active coordination of due diligence processes and direct interaction with senior addition there is a strong business development component offering the opportunity to contribute to origination efforts deepen sector expertise and further strengthen the teams positioning within the Investment Banking landscape.
Requirements:
- 6-9 years of relevant professional experience in Investment Banking Corporate Finance or related advisory roles
- Demonstrated sector affinity developed through academic background and/or transaction experience
- Proven track record of leading and executing multiple M&A transactions from inception to closing
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Effective team player with the confidence to interact with senior clients and stakeholders
- Proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
