We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data 360 Developer to support the implementation of a high-visibility customer data unification initiative. This role will focus on developing and implementing a data ingestion and unification solution within Salesforce Data 360 consolidating customer data from Salesforce CRM and internal CRM systems to create a unified customer view.
The project will integrate churn prediction insights generated by the data science team using large language models and enable the creation of unified customer profiles and marketing segments to support proactive customer retention efforts.
This role will work closely with a Salesforce Architect and cross-functional marketing and product teams to build scalable data pipelines and segmentation capabilities that drive targeted engagement through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data ingestion pipelines into Salesforce Data 360 from Salesforce CRM and internal CRM systems.
- Map ingested data to the Salesforce Data 360 standard data model.
- Create and maintain unified customer and account profiles within Data 360.
- Enable customer segmentation for activation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Implement Data 360 solutions based on architecture and design specifications created by the Salesforce Architect.
- Integrate churn prediction outputs from the data science team into customer profiles and segmentation logic.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement segmentation requirements.
- Support the first-phase rollout targeted for August 24.
- Optionally contribute to Salesforce CRM development work if experienced with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Estimated timeline:
- 68 months for Data 360-focused work
- 812 months if the role also includes Salesforce CRM development
The initiative will support a customer base of approximately 1 million customers and is considered a critical part of the companys customer retention strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud / Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Experience building data ingestion and data mapping pipelines
- Experience working with customer data models and identity resolution
- Ability to work from architectural designs and implement scalable solutions
- Located in Eastern or Central Time Zone (or nearby time zones) to support collaboration
- Ability to work remotely using personal equipment and remote desktop environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience integrating predictive analytics or AI-driven insights into customer data platforms
- Telecom or subscription-based industry experience
Candidates with both Salesforce Data 360 and LWC development experience are highly preferred.
