Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) required

• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in home health

• Hospice clinical leadership experience preferred

• Multi-site clinical oversight experience

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance quality metrics and survey readiness

• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical teams and improve patient outcomes

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of clinical operations across the home health and hospice portfolio

• Ensure compliance with all federal state and accreditation standards

• Lead clinical quality initiatives and performance improvement programs

• Mentor and support Directors of Nursing and clinical leadership teams

• Monitor clinical outcomes patient satisfaction and operational performance

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement clinical strategy
