Job Summary
Guard Services
You will report directly to our security management team and youll work out of our Phoenix AZ location on a Onsite work schedule.
In this role you will impact the overall safety and security of our operations allowing our teams to focus on their work without concern for their safety and well-being.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors windows and gates.
- Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances ensuring a swift resolution to security issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports of daily activities and incidents providing clear documentation for security events.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience in security services or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations demonstrating sound judgment.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and security systems.
WE VALUE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a security role or law enforcement.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid.
