As a General Dentist you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive dental care to our patients. You will be involved in diagnosing and treating dental issues educating patients on oral health and collaborating with our skilled team to enhance the overall patient experience. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to kickstart their dental career.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments
  • Diagnose and treat various dental conditions and diseases
  • Perform dental procedures including fillings extractions and cleanings
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
  • State dental license or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with dental software and technology is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Schedule: 4-day workweek

Daily Volume: 12-15 with the dentist 12-16 with the hygienist

New Patient Volume: 40-50 per month

5 fully-equipped operatories

Support Staff: 4 dental assistants 2 dental hygienists a front desk member and an office manager

Technology: Dentrix Ascend digital X-rays panoramic X-ray and intraoral cameras

Must be board-certified

Compensation & Benefits:

Collections-based earnings of up to $1 million annually

Guaranteed daily rate

Sign-on/relocation assistance
