Role Summary

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to help define and deliver the next-generation software platforms that power Acrisures digital transformation.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy engineering data and business operations. You will work closely with engineering design and business stakeholders to define product vision prioritize roadmap initiatives and deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes for Acrisures global business.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focusedsomeone who can translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software solutions.

What Youll Do

As a Lead Product Manager at Acrisure Innovation you will:

Own Product Strategy

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with Acrisures broader technology roadmap

• Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear product opportunities

• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that drives measurable outcomes

Lead Product Development

• Partner with engineering design and data teams to deliver high-quality product experiences

• Serve as product owner within agile teamswriting user stories defining acceptance criteria and managing backlog priorities

• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration

Deliver Customer Impact

• Develop a deep understanding of internal and external users to identify friction points and product opportunities

• Use research analytics and experimentation to guide product decisions

• Define success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch

Collaborate Across the Organization

• Work cross-functionally with engineering data science design operations and executive leadership

• Communicate product vision and progress clearly across stakeholders

• Align teams around shared priorities and ensure successful delivery

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a strong combination of product strategy technical fluency and execution discipline.

• 8 years of experience in product management preferably in enterprise SaaS or technology platforms

• Proven experience working with engineering teams to build and launch software products

• Strong understanding of agile development processes

• Experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience building data-driven or AI-enabled products

• Experience working in enterprise platforms fintech or insurtech

• Ability to analyze product metrics and drive data-informed decisions

• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams
