You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and youll work out of our San Jose CA location with an onsite work schedule.

In this role you will impact the overall quality assurance processes ensuring that products meet regulatory and company standards thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials in-process components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Utilize various inspection tools and techniques to identify defects and non-conformities documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least three (3) years of experience in quality inspection or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges.
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control and root cause analysis methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

The annual base salary range for this position is $41.35/hr. -$51.68/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
